One-off/Spring Cleaning

Whether it’s a one-off deep clean or a more periodic spring clean, we can offer a variety of options to meet your requirements. This service can also include upholstery and carpet cleaning, oven cleaning and bathroom cleaning.

Our spring cleaning and one-off cleaning service includes cleaning the entire house/flat. Our professional cleaning team will ensure that every room in your house receives their through attention, guaranteeing they meet all your cleaning requirements. This service includes:

• Entrance hall and stairways: clean the front door, clean light switches and lights, clean skirting boards, hoover the floor and wash it if necessary
• Kitchen: clean the door and door frame, clean inside of windows and window sills, clean light switches and lights, clean all kitchen work surfaces, clean inside/outside kitchen cupboards, clean, scrub and de-scale kitchen sink, clean inside/outside oven, clean inside/outside microwave, clean hob, clean inside/outside fridge, clean and defrost freezer, clean coffee machine, clean toaster, clean washing machine, clean dishwasher, clean skirting boards, hoover the floor and wash it if necessary
• Living room: clean the door and door frame clean inside of windows and window sills, clean light switches and lights, clean pictures, clean mirrors, clean the table, dust and polish all surfaces, clean skirting boards, hoover the floor and wash it if necessary
• Bedrooms: clean the door and door frame, clean inside of windows and window sills, clean light switches and lights, clean mirrors, clean pictures, clean wardrobes/drawers, dust and polish all surfaces, clean skirting boards, hoover the floor and wash it if necessary
• Bathroom: clean the door and door frame, clean inside of windows and window sills, clean light switches and lights, clean mirrors, scrub and de-scale bath and/or shower, scrub and disinfect toilet and toilet seat, scrub and de-scale bathroom sink, clean and de-scale shower door and tiles, dust and polish all surfaces, clean skirting boards, hoover the floor and wash it if necessary

Our prices for one-off cleaning:

- £10 per hour for one cleaner using customer’s cleaning chemicals
- £12 per hour for one cleaner using company’s cleaning chemicals

We ask the customer to provide a vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop and portable ladder. Alternatively, we can supply these for an additional charge of £25.

For One-off/Spring cleaning, we require a minimum of 4 hours for each visit.

Note: Costs of parking and congestion charge are to be paid by the customer and are not included in the price
