Terms and Conditions

Regular Domestic Cleaning and Regular Office Cleaning

Fresh-Up Cleaning requires a minimum of 2.5 hours per visit. The customer must provide a list of tasks and all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the required work unless other arrangements are agreed. All equipment must be in good working order and be safe for use. If the customer wants to be supplied with cleaning equipment by Fresh-Up Cleaning, an additional service charge will be required. The client must allow the cleaner access to hot water and power. The customer understands that the price he/she has been quoted does not include any additional services but cleaning and ironing labour.

The customer agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service he/she will not hire or use any domestic services provided by a past cleaner introduced to the customer by Fresh-Up Cleaning.If the customer does wish to hire or use domestic services provided by such a cleaner than he/she must pay a referral fee of £1000.

End of Tenancy Cleaning and Move in/Move out Cleaning

Fresh-Up Cleaning reserves the rights to amend the initial quotation, should the customer’s original requirement change. Minimum of 4 hours per visit required. The customer must provide a list of tasks and all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the required work unless agreed other. If the customer wants to be supplied with cleaning materials by Fresh-Up Cleaning, he/she understands that an applicable service charge will be assessed. The client must allow the cleaner access to hot water and power. The customer understands that the price he/she has been quoted is not for a "package deal" and does not include anything apart from cleaning labour. The client is advised that an End of Tenancy Cleaning and Move in/Move out may take double the length of time required for a general cleaning. After building cleaning, party cleaning or badly neglected homes may take up to three times longer than a well maintained home requiring general cleaning.

If the customer wants to be supplied with cleaning materials by Fresh-Up Cleaning, he/she understands that an applicable service charge will be assessed. The client is advised that an One-off Cleaning may take double the length of time required for a general cleaning. After building cleaning, party cleaning or badly neglected homes may take up to three times longer than a well maintained home requiring general cleaning.

Carpet cleaning and Upholstery Cleaning

Fresh-Up Cleaning reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the client’s original requirement change. A cleaning Order Confirmation is demanded before work commences. The booking fee of £50 is required. The fee is an up front payment and is deducted from the final bill. This deposit must pay by cheque or bank transfer only. The customer must allow the cleaner access to water and power and secure a car parking.

Payment

All outstanding balances and payments for cleaning services carried out (except regular domestic and office cleaning) are payable by cash or cheque on the day of the cleaning visit. If paying by cheque, a cheque guarantee card is required and the customer will be responsible for all bank and legal charge resulting from a dishonoured cheque.

Claims

In case of complaint, Fresh-Up Cleaning requires to be notified within 24 hours after cleaning work completion. Claims will not be considered after the above time limit. If the customer is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner will be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge.
Fresh-Up Cleaning does not take any responsibility whatsoever for any loss, expanses or damage caused by any act or omission of the introduced cleaner.

Cancellation

Regular domestic cleaning and office cleaning:

Customer may cancel a cleaning visit/s by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice. Customer may terminate the whole service by giving two week (14 days) advanced notice in writing and specifying the last cleaning date. Customer agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Customer agrees to pay the full price of one cleaning visit in case of a termination of the service if the customer has given less than one week advanced notice. Customer has the right to terminate the service without giving one week advanced notice but by giving 24 hours advanced notice before or immediately after the first cleaning visit only.

End of Tenancy cleaning and Move in/Move out:

Customer may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. Customer agrees to pay £20.00 cancellation fee per cleaner if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

One-off cleaning:

Customer may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. Customer agrees to pay £20.00 cancellation fee per cleaner if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Carpet cleaning:

Customer may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. Customer agrees to pay 40% of the quote as a cancellation fee if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If an initial deposit has been paid to Fresh-Up Cleaning mean then the customer agrees that deposit funds may be used to cover the cancellation fee.

After cancellation of the cleaning service:

By entering into a service agreement with Fresh-Up Cleaning, the customer agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service he/she will not hire or use any domestic services provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to the customer by Fresh-Up Cleaning.

By ordering Fresh-Up Cleaning's service by telephone, e-mail or Fresh-Up Cleaning's website the customer agrees to be bound by Fresh-Up Cleaning's terms and conditions.
