Post-building Cleaning

Having major renovation work carried out in your home can be a traumatic experience and one that results in your entire house being covered in brick dust and construction waste. After living with the disruption for several weeks, most homeowners just want to get their life back to normal as quickly as possible, which is where we can help. We have teams of cleaners that have been specially trained to deal with the dirt that results from building work and that understand the importance of doing a job thoroughly and making sure that all traces of construction waste are removed.

What it includes

As part of our service, we will remove all waste that your builders may have left behind, hoover and wash all floors where required and deep clean your skirting boards, doors, door frames, windows, window sills, switches and sockets. We will also make sure that all your radiators are spotless when you hire one of our teams to perform a professional clean-up service and will clean all surfaces in your kitchen bathroom and living room. This will include, tiles, mirrors, baths, showers, toilets, basins, kitchen sinks, cupboards, fridges, washing machines and dishwashers. In short, no stone will be left unturned.

Comprehensive packages

Although, as you can see from the details above, our basic post construction service is quite comprehensive, it does not include the cleaning of the outside of your windows. However, if you would like us to take care of this as well, we will be more than happy to oblige. It should also be noted that the basic package does not include upholstery or carpet cleaning but again, if this is something in which you are interested, we can provide you with a detailed quotation and send our specialists to your home to perform their magic on your furniture.
