Leftover glue from sellotape or stickers on your windows can be difficult to remove. The best way to tackle it is with a light solvent such as white vinegar, or nail polish remover. Or buy a glue dissolving agent from your local hardware store. Apply, leave for 30 mins then gently scrape off.
